Credo AI is hiring an AI Governance Advisor to design and deliver AI governance training, risk assessments, and advisory services to enterprise customers globally. The role is fully remote with a base salary of $160,000–$180,000.

The company builds context-driven tooling for AI risk assessment and compliance, serving enterprises across the full spectrum of AI governance maturity. The AI Governance Advisor sits within a dedicated advisory business unit, working alongside the platform to deliver hands-on training, roadmap guidance, and thought leadership to customers worldwide. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role that also contributes to shaping the future of Credo AI's advisory offerings and its position as a global market leader.

Responsibilities

Build and deliver customized AI governance training sessions and workshops for audiences ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
Engage in the full lifecycle of content creation through delivery, including webinars, workshops, and curriculum development.
Support customers in defining their AI governance roadmaps and workflows using industry best practices and standard AI governance frameworks.
Manage customer engagements by gathering requirements, identifying milestones, managing project timelines, and iterating based on feedback.
Define future programs and initiatives that Credo AI can develop to support customers as the AI governance landscape evolves.
Collaborate across all Credo AI functions to source and share AI governance knowledge internally.
Represent Credo AI as a global market leader at industry events, webinars, podcasts, panels, and forums.

Requirements

Possess an academic foundation in ethical AI principles with practical experience applying those principles in a business context.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex socio-technical and ethical AI issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have demonstrated program or curriculum development experience with a focus on content creation for training resources.
Show strong business acumen and understanding of how AI and AI governance deliver value in enterprise contexts.
Prior experience working in an enterprise context is preferred.
Technical expertise in data science, machine learning, generative AI, and/or LLMs is preferred, including knowledge of how to develop and deploy AI in enterprise environments.
